Warp is an agentic development environment that evolved from a modern terminal application. It is designed to provide developers with an interface to work with any coding agent, including Claude Code, Codex, and its own Warp Agent. The platform supports multi-agent orchestration, model routing, and access to various AI models, with granular permission controls. Warp also includes Oz, a cloud agent orchestration platform that allows agents to be launched from the terminal, SDK, CLI, or programmatically, enabling seamless local-to-cloud development workflows. The terminal component is open-source and available on macOS, Linux, and Windows, while the broader platform offers enterprise features for team scaling, centralized governance, and usage visibility.
