# Terms of Service

By inviting USFBot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the bot.
## 1. Description and Definitions
USFBot is a Discord bot designed to provide moderation, management, utility, and fun features to enhance the experience of your Discord server.
- "We", "us" and "our" refer to the entity of DXS International Team
- The terms "user", "client", "customer", "your" and "you" refer to you as an individual member using any service provided by the bot.
## 2. Acceptable Use Policy and Rights we deserve
By using USFBot, you agree not to:
- Use the bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with the proper working of the bot or any of its features.
- Attempt to bypass any moderation or security measures implemented by the bot.
- Use the bot to harass, abuse, or intimidate other users.
We deserve the right to:
- suspend your access to our bot...

- report you or your server to Discord or competent authorities
at anytime as we see fit.
We are not responsible for a wrong use of our bot and we deserve the right to remove access to any users/servers when we feel it appropriate.
# 3. Privacy Policy & GDPR Compliance
This section outlines how USFBot collects, processes, and protects your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
### 3.1. Data We Collect
USFBot collects and processes the following types of personal and non-personal data:
- **User and Server IDs**: We collect and store Discord User IDs and Server IDs to identify users and servers, manage server configurations, and provide bot features.
- **User-Submitted Content**: We collect and store suggestions and reports submitted by users through the bot's commands. This data is used to provide feedback and facilitate server management.
- **Server Activity Logs**: We may collect and store join/leave logs for servers that have invited the bot to assist with server management.
- **Error Messages**: Some error messages generated in the bot's console may be logged to help in debugging and improving the bot's stability. These logs may occasionally contain non-identifying user or server data to help diagnose the issue.
### 3.2. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests and to fulfill our contractual obligations to you as a user. We collect this data to provide the core functionality of the bot, ensure the security of the service, and improve the user experience.
### 3.3. Third-Party Services
To provide its functionality, USFBot relies on the following third-party services. Your data may be processed by these services to the extent necessary to perform their functions:
- **Discord.js & Discord API**: The bot uses the discord.js package to interact directly with the Discord API, which is essential for the bot's operation.
- **SerpApi**: Used for search functionality, processing search queries to provide results directly within Discord.
- **Google-tts-api & @discord.js/voice**: Used to provide text-to-speech functionality.
- **mcsrvstat.us API**: Used to provide Minecraft server status information.
- **Google Gemini API**: Used to process and answer certain command requests.
- **tcp-ping**: Used for pinging external sites as requested by users.
### 3.4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
Data Deletion Requests: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.
- For Users: To request the deletion of your personal data (e.g., suggestions, reports), you must open a support ticket in the official USFBot Discord server.
- For Server Owners: To request the deletion of all data associated with your server, you must open a support ticket in the official USFBot Discord server.
We will process all valid deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
### 3.5. Your Rights Under GDPR
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights concerning your data:
- **The right to be informed**: You have the right to know how your data is being used.
- **The right of access**: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- **The right to rectification**: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
