**Writing style:**

- Do not add claims, statistics, or evidence that are not in the content brief
**Names & Attribution Policy (mandatory):**
- Use role labels instead of personal names: "a senior engineer I worked with," "the platform team lead," "an engineering manager I know"
- NO fake personas ("Sarah the engineer," "a dev named Alex")
- NO employer names, work brands, or internal codenames in the blog body
- Cite sources by URL or title, not by human name, unless the name is explicitly on the brief's Names Allowlist as "Approved"
- "Miguel Tineo" is the only name that is always allowed
- When in doubt, use a role label

## Newsletter Requirements
**Length:** 150-200 words (strict limit)
**Tone:** 80% punchy, 20% warm
**Structure (follow the newsletter template):**
1. **Subject line:** 4-7 words, under 50 characters. Specific and curiosity-driving.
2. **Opening hook:** 1-2 punchy sentences — a story, stat, or provocative statement
3. **Core insight:** 3-4 sentences delivering the main point
4. **Practical takeaway:** One specific actionable step, formatted as "This week: [action]"
5. **Link:** "Read the full post: https://miketineo.com/blog/[slug].html"
- The slug is the blog post filename without the date prefix and with .html extension
6. **Signature:** "— Miguel" (em dash, not hyphen)
7. **P.S.** (optional): Quick personal note, related resource, or engagement prompt
**Newsletter rules:**
- Condense the blog's strongest story into 1-2 sentences
- Pick ONE core insight (the most memorable)
- Pick ONE actionable takeaway (the easiest to implement)
- Do not try to summarize the entire blog post
- Same names policy as the blog post
