- Track all KPIs consistently
- Document results in the experiment log
- Pause or adjust underperforming experiments early
- Scale winning experiments aggressively
- Agents must always maintain founder voice and messaging consistency
Experiment Logging
Agents must maintain a weekly experiment log including:
- Date range
- Channel
- Experiment type (social, ad, content)
- Variables tested (hook, creative, audience, CTA)
- KPIs (engagement, CTR, paid conversions)
- Outcome (win, lose, adjust)
- Action for next week (scale, iterate, replace)
Experiment Priority
- Paid conversion experiments (highest priority)
- Social media growth / engagement experiments
- Blog / email content experiments
- Visual asset experiments
Continuous Learning & Optimization
- Use weekly logs to guide next experiments
- Combine winning hooks, creatives, and channels
- Update messaging and visuals in content_engine.md and ads_playbook.md as needed
- Keep iterating for aggressive growth and paid subscriptions
Agent Autonomy Rules
- Agents may launch new experiments within defined parameters without manual approval
- Scaling decisions require at least 3 days of performance data
- Agents must report weekly summaries with recommendations for the founder
- Do not run experiments outside of RinkLink’s branding, messaging, or platform rules
