## How to write yours

The key insight: **your agent becomes what you tell it to be.** A vague SOUL.md gives you a generic assistant. A specific one gives you something that actually feels like it works for you.

Things to include:
- **Name** — gives it identity
- **Tone** — formal? casual? sarcastic? match your vibe
- **Rules** — what should it always/never do?
- **Modes** — different situations need different responses
- **Autonomy** — what can it do without asking?

Start simple. Add rules as you figure out what annoys you.
