License Agreement

Overview

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of digital products, including workflow automation templates, integrations, and related materials ("Products") purchased or downloaded from Neura Market. By purchasing or downloading any Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, Neura Market grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products according to the license type purchased:

Permitted Uses

Under this license, you are permitted to:

• Install and use the Products on systems you own or control
• Modify the Products for your own use (subject to license type)
• Create derivative works based on the Products for your internal use
• Make backup copies for archival purposes
• Use the Products to create end products for your clients (Commercial License and above)

Restrictions

You are NOT permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Products as standalone items
• Share your license key or account credentials with others
• Use the Products in any way that violates applicable laws
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or attribution
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Products
• Use the Products to create competing products or services
• Share the Products on public repositories or file-sharing services

Intellectual Property Rights

All Products remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and Neura Market. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. The creators retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Products, including all related intellectual property rights.

Support and Updates

Support and updates are provided according to your license type:

• Personal License: Community support via forums, updates for 1 year
• Commercial License: Email support, lifetime updates for purchased version
• Team License: Priority email support, lifetime updates, onboarding assistance
• Enterprise License: Dedicated support channel, SLA guarantees, custom update schedules

Warranty Disclaimer

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEURA MARKET AND THE CREATORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEURA MARKET OR THE PRODUCT CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Products in your possession.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
