Is there a guide or tutorial for complete beginners?

Just generally speaking, is there some sort of guide or tutorial for cursor for those with 0 coding experience? where it talks about how to set up your planning stages, what files you should have as a bare minimum (with the new no deprecated method of .cursor/rules) and how to prompt it efficiently so that it doesn't go down a rabbit hole attempting to build things you never asked for? 

I spent 2 days planning out a project with cursor and filling in any holes, it suggested me the coding stack too with me pushing towards using Supabase and Varcel for DB and Deployment but when i ask it to follow the brief or context markdowns it starts building things such as the login pages first and so on is that the right way to approach of all this? 

I feel like im a little bit confused and bouncing around everywhere.
