FAQ

What counts as a lookup?
A lookup is one inquiry from an issuing bank about one of your charges, answered with a receipt. Syncing orders, the dashboard, and everything else Recibo does day-to-day is included — you're never charged for orders, only for answered inquiries.
What happens after the free 12 months?
You move to per-lookup pricing. Recibo will publish the exact rates well before your free year ends, and you'll be able to see your own inquiry volume on the dashboard first — so you'll know what a typical month costs you before you pay for one.
Is there a contract or minimum?
No. Recibo bills through Shopify's native billing, and you can uninstall at any time.
Do I need a Mastercard or Ethoca account?
No. Recibo's connection to Mastercard's Ethoca network is part of the product — you install the app, and the network side is handled for you.
