About ASD-AuDHD-PAI-Skills
A collection of Skills for Personal AI Infrastructure and mobile apps like Claude Mobile, designed for individuals or parents of children with Demand-Avoidance variants of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) or anyone with demand avoidance tendencies. The first skill, pda-reframing, helps reframe requests to overcome pathological demand avoidance (PDA) and task initiation difficulties common in ASD and ADHD. Built on Daniel Miessler's PAI framework, these Skills are folders of instructions and scripts that Claude loads dynamically to specialize in assistive tasks. The collection is open source and customizable.
