About ClassiCube/ClassiCube
ClassiCube is a custom Minecraft Classic compatible client written from scratch in C. It aims to faithfully replicate the 2009 Minecraft Classic experience while offering optional enhancements such as custom blocks, models, and environment colors. The client delivers much better performance and minimal memory usage compared to the original, and runs on a wide range of platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, web browsers, and even some consoles and BSD variants. It supports singleplayer and multiplayer modes (LAN and classicube.net servers) and does not require a Minecraft account. ClassiCube is open source and strictly adheres to a clean room reverse engineering approach.
