Gpredict is a real-time satellite tracking and orbit prediction program for the Linux desktop. It uses SGP4/SDP4 propagation algorithms together with NORAD two-line element sets (TLE) to track a large number of satellites. The software provides flexible visualization through lists, maps, and polar plots, supports multiple ground stations, and allows prediction of upcoming passes. It runs in real-time, simulated real-time (fast forward/backward), and manual time control modes. Gpredict integrates with Hamlib for Doppler tuning of radios via rigctld and antenna rotator control via rotctld. It is open-source and written in C using Gtk+ 3.
