Meet-Ting is a free AI assistant designed to book meetings directly within email threads, mimicking the fluid, human, and often messy way real-life scheduling happens. Users simply CC Ting on any email conversation, and it reads the thread, checks calendars, suggests suitable times, handles rescheduling if necessary, and sends the meeting invite. It aims to be a Calendly alternative powered by an LLM, moving away from rigid, link-based scheduling tools to an email-first approach that requires no links, apps, or learning curve, conforming to users' natural rhythms and chaotic calendars. It is currently in closed beta, prioritizing Gmail users.

How to Use

To use Meet-Ting, simply CC 'Ting' on any email thread where you are discussing a meeting. The AI assistant will then read the conversation, check calendars, suggest available times, manage reschedules if needed, and send the meeting invite. For 1:1 meetings where both participants use Ting, it can 'mind-meld' and book instantly without any back-and-forth.
