About Copilot Skills Challenge: Customize Your Experience
A weekly challenge series from GitHub, starting with Week One of the Copilot Skills Challenge. Participants learn to customize GitHub Copilot by setting up custom instructions, prompts, and custom agents tailored to specific development workflows. The challenge consists of two steps: first, complete a skills exercise on customizing Copilot; second, share a screenshot or description of Copilot settings for one of five defined personas (Bug Buster, Rapid Prototyper, Clean Coder, Explorer, Admin/Pro) in the community discussion. The series is free, open to GitHub community members aged 14 and older, and offers a chance to win a GitHub Shop Voucher. It is designed to help developers make Copilot more effective for their individual coding styles and tasks.
