By using the EHR Overlay, you acknowledge that it may surface potential diagnoses, and you and your practice are ultimately responsible for accurate code selection and completing supportive documentation. Access and use of this application are considered “Confidential Information” of the ACO (a subsidiary of Aledade, Inc.) and are subject to nondisclosure obligations. This is a staging version, not a production version.
