NeuProScan is an AI platform designed to predict the likelihood of developing Alzheimer's disease years in advance using a single MRI scan. It helps doctors improve MRI diagnosis accuracy by reducing the high false positive (29%) and false negative (27%) rates associated with standard MRI interpretation. The tool automatically selects up to nine impactful MRI slices from axial, coronal, and sagittal views to make its prediction. NeuProScan has correctly identified 88% of patients who later developed Alzheimer's as very likely to develop the disease. It supports both on-device and cloud operations, allows users to create custom AI models, and is intended for research purposes only—not for clinical diagnosis. By improving the efficiency of PET scan referrals, NeuProScan helps healthcare systems manage resources more effectively, while giving patients and families time to plan and participate in clinical trials.
