FreemiumStock media platform with integrated AI image generation
About Shutterstock
Shutterstock is a renowned stock media platform that has expanded into AI generation, allowing users to create images from simple text instructions. Through partnerships with OpenAI, Meta, and LG AI Research, it integrates advanced AI models to produce custom visuals. This feature complements its core offering of millions of professionally curated photos, videos, music tracks, and 3D models, all available with commercial licenses suitable for professional use.
Content creators, marketers, advertisers, and designers benefit from a one-stop SaaS platform for both searching licensed stock assets and generating bespoke AI images. Users input text prompts for generation or search queries to browse the vast library, ensuring outputs are ready for commercial projects without additional licensing hassles.
Operating on a freemium model, Shutterstock appears to provide starter access, though full features and unlimited usage likely require paid plans; exact limits should be verified on the official site.
