About TaskShell

TaskShell is a terminal/IDE-inspired AI-powered task manager that allows users to manage tasks using command-based control. It offers two UI modes: Friendly mode with cards and buttons for quick actions, and Hardcore mode with pure terminal output, allowing users to switch between them as needed. The tool features IntelliSense-like autocomplete for typing commands faster, and supports modern task management capabilities such as attaching images via URL or upload, adding notes, subtasks, deadlines, tags, priorities, and statuses. It also includes a weekly calendar view, customizable priority levels and statuses, and UI customization options for accent colors and terminal symbols. Tasks are synced in the cloud and accessible from any device without installation. The tool is designed to help developers stay in their coding mindset while managing tasks. Its free tier allows up to a 14-day free trial with no credit card required; after that, pricing details should be verified. Users can interact with the system entirely through terminal commands or via the assistive Friendly UI.
