Accessing Your Downloads

How to Download Your Purchases

Sign In to Your Account

Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to make the purchase.

Go to Your Downloads

Navigate to Account → Downloads or click the "Go to Downloads" button above.

Find Your Product

Your purchases are listed chronologically. Use the search or filter options to find specific items.

Click Download

Click the download button next to your product. For workflows, you'll get a JSON file ready to import into your automation platform.

Download Formats

Workflow Files

• JSON - Universal format for n8n, Make, Zapier
• YAML - Configuration files
• ZIP - Bundles with multiple files

Additional Files

• PDF - Documentation and guides
• MD - Readme files
• Assets - Images, templates, configs

Importing Workflows

n8n

1. Open n8n and go to Workflows
2. Click "Import from File" or use Ctrl/Cmd + I
3. Select the downloaded JSON file
4. Configure credentials and save

Make (formerly Integromat)

1. Create a new scenario
2. Click the three dots menu → Import Blueprint
3. Upload the JSON file or paste the content
4. Map your connections and activate

Zapier

1. Go to your Zaps dashboard
2. Click "Create" → "Import from file"
3. Upload the workflow file
4. Connect your apps and turn on the Zap

Important Notes

• Downloads are available immediately after purchase
• You can re-download purchases anytime from your account
• Updates to purchased products are usually free
• Check the product page for platform compatibility

Accessing Downloads on Different Devices

Desktop

Best experience for downloading and managing workflow files. Files download directly to your Downloads folder.

Mobile

You can access your account on mobile, but we recommend downloading files on desktop for easier import.

Troubleshooting

I can't find my download

Try these steps:

Make sure you're signed in with the correct account
Check your order confirmation email for the order ID
Try refreshing the downloads page
Contact support if the issue persists

Download keeps failing

If your download fails:

Check your internet connection
Try a different browser
Disable browser extensions temporarily
Clear your browser cache

File won't import into my platform

Import issues can happen due to:

Platform version mismatch - check compatibility
Missing required integrations or apps
Corrupted download - try re-downloading
Check the product documentation for specific instructions

How do I get product updates?

When a seller updates their product:

You'll receive an email notification
The new version will be available in your downloads
Check the version notes for changes
Updates for purchased items are typically free
