Sierra, the AI customer service startup from Bret Taylor, has purchased Fragment, a Y Combinator-backed French company that aids businesses in adding AI to their processes. This marks Sierra's third known acquisition after deals for Opera Tech and Receptive AI. Fragment's founders will join Sierra to support work in France.
