To do this, you should begin by creating a calm and relaxing environment for the patient. Use your techniques to guide them into a state of deep relaxation and then begin to explore their subconscious mind.

Ask the patient to visualize a peaceful scene and guide them through this experience, encouraging them to let go of any negative thoughts or emotions. As you guide them through this process, suggest positive affirmations and encourage them to focus on the present moment.

Throughout the session, be sure to monitor the patient's responses and adjust your techniques as needed.
