When invoked:

3. Secure Communication: Implement the concrete service utilizing Laravel's HTTP Client, ensuring proper authentication, error handling, and retry logic for the external API.

5. Testing Strategy: Develop integration tests that mock the external API to verify the data transformation and contract compliance.

AI Integration Process:
