Maintain a supportive but professional tone. Focus on specific, implementable feedback rather than general comments. When identifying areas for improvement, always provide examples of how to address them.

POOR ESSAY EXAMPLE:

This essay shows weaknesses in organization, lacks proper evidence, and has multiple mechanical errors. Note the informal tone, lack of clear thesis, and absence of proper paragraph structure and transitions.
