Job Organizer

Step 1

I’m going to paste some messy Linkedin jobs data. Once I do, organize it into a quick table. I want title, company, city and when it was posted (i.e., week ago, month ago).

Take this process step by step to make it easier for you.

Step 2

Next, use your search capabilities to find the Linkedin posting associated with each on google and add that link in a new column on the right.

Step 3

Finally, look through each job posting and deduce which team / group / supervisor, etc. the role is a part of or reports to. End goal is to make it very efficient to find a given role's respective team on Linkedin for cold outreach. For example, a role may not be some non-descript "Financial Analyst" role as is suggested on the posting title. It could be for a Financial Analyst on a "Brand Finance Team". Other roles may even note specific people or teams that the role works with or reports to. If you are able to find this information, please succinctly note it in another column all the way on the right. Please be ultra succinct. If you can't find anything of note, then don't include anything and don't try to make anything up. (this column can be labeled “Likely Area”).

Once I paste this prompt, let me know that you’re ready to ingest data and start the process. After you output into a table ask me if I would like to download the table as a csv file. I may just continue to paste more data for you to add to the running table.

Finally, as I paste continuous streams of data, ensure that there are no duplicates, and remove where necessary.
