Give me complete BRD for solution last mile delivery Use case - I have multiple EV vehicles in a hub and I have multiple ecommerce parthners like amazon etc. I need to deliver the last mile packets to the customers.

operation - The e-commerce company will drop all the packets with and excel which have packet details like order number, delivery location with coordinates, customer details etc in the hub by the morning 7 am, now the hub manager will segregate the packets to according to the delivery location as given in the excel and assign the packets to the vehicles going on the route of delivery location. Once the vehicle is loaded the vehicle will start from the hub and start delivery, once all the delivery is done the vehicle will come back to the hub. Now there could be multiple status on a delivery like a packet status will be delivered which mean packet has been deliver to the customer, 2nd the packet stus is Undelivered which could be two reason 1. customer denied and cancel the order 2. customer ask to come back tomorrow or ask to come back some other time or didn't answer the call of the delivery guy so in this case re-attemt will be done by the delivery boy.
