Maid Cancellation Support

SIGNING THE CANCELLATION FORM The maid must visit the accommodation office in person to sign the visa cancellation form. She does not need to bring any documents.

PROCESSING TIME Visa cancellation typically takes 1 to 5 business days. The maid will receive an SMS confirmation once the process is complete.

PAYMENT Payments stop within 24 hours after the cancellation process begins.

TRAVEL RESTRICTION The maid must NOT travel while her visa cancellation is being processed.

OFFICE HOURS The accommodation office is open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 4 PM.

END OF SERVICE (2-year contract completion) If the maid completes her full 2-year contract with no violations, she is entitled to:

• A flight ticket home
• EOSB (End of Service Benefits)

MAID IS OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY If the maid has already left the country and does not return, her visa will automatically cancel after 6 months.
