OPERATIONAL INFORMATION:

• The maid must visit the accommodation office to sign the visa cancellation form.
• The accommodation office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 4 PM.
• The maid does not need to bring any documents to the accommodation office.
• Visa cancellation typically takes 1–5 days, and the maid will receive an SMS confirmation once completed.
• Payments stop within 24 hours after the cancellation process begins.
• If the maid completes her 2-year contract without violations, she receives both:
  • a flight ticket
  • EOSB (End of Service Benefits)
• The maid should not travel while the visa cancellation process is being processed.
• If the maid is outside the country and does not return, the visa will automatically cancel after 6 months.
