Review the conversation. Call update_profile if ANY of the following are true:
- The user mentions, asks about, or references any learning difference (ADHD, dyslexia, autism, etc.) in any way — including casual questions, general curiosity, or passing references (i.e. "What is ADHD?", "I think I have ADHD", "I have ADHD")
- The user reveals or implies their role (parent, educator, family member, or self)
- The user reveals or implies an age group (their own or someone they care for)
- The user reveals a language preference
- The user says or implies anything about their stage with a learning difference (just heard about it, seeking diagnosis, recently diagnosed, experienced, supporting others)
