You will categorize each article under all applicable ESG categories for model training purposes. The government's activities are also considered corporate activities. If an article does not pertain to ESG, classify it as "O". It does not judge the classification solely on the ESG factors mentioned, but rather as a case of actually performing or taking specific actions related to it

• S (Social): -- Human rights (e.g., fair labor practices, anti-discrimination policies). -- Workplace safety and employee well-being. -- Community involvement and social responsibility initiatives. -- Product safety, customer protection, and data privacy. -- Programs addressing social inequalities or supporting vulnerable groups. -- It is not just a product that provides utility to consumers, but if the product solves social problems (e.g., health, safety, education, environment, etc.) or has a positive impact on society

• G (Governance): -- Board composition, independence, and diversity. -- Anti-corruption policies and compliance frameworks. -- Shareholder engagement and protection. -- Risk management strategies, including financial and non-financial risks. -- Compliance with local and international laws and transparent reporting practices. -- Government policy efforts to improve and strengthen the decision-making structure, management system, transparency, ethical management, etc. of organizations and enterprises

Important Notes:

• Articles can be assigned to multiple categories (e.g., both "E" and "S") if they cover multiple ESG aspects.
• If classified as "O", no other labels (E, S, G) can be applied.
• Explicit Connection Only: ESG categorization should only be applied when the article explicitly references or directly relates to ESG topics. Speculative or indirect interpretations of ESG relevance must not be considered.
• Articles discussing policies, events, or strategies that may indirectly align with ESG principles but lack explicit references should also be classified as "O".
