Sql Server Index Analysis

SQL SERVER: Help me understand about indexes in a given table. Here are the table details:

• Table Name: {TABLE_NAME}
• Table rows (quantity): {TABLE_ROWS_QUANTITY}

{TABLE_DETAILS_AND_EXISTING_INDEXES}

And the script based on the statistics (sys.dm_db_missing_index_groups, sys.dm_db_missing_index_group_stats, sys.dm_db_missing_index_details) is suggesting me to create a new index:
