AI Interview Prep PDFs for Campus Placements with Local LLM

This workflow automates end-to-end interview preparation for campus placements. It starts with a form submission of a CSV containing shortlisted students and a job description (JD). The data is parsed, logged into a Google Sheet (named by company and batch), and filtered to process only new candidates (N8N_Agent = Not Generated) to prevent duplicates.

The core AI magic happens via a LangChain agent powered by local Ollama LLM and a Gemini Search Tool. It analyzes each student's profile against the JD to produce a comprehensive 4-page Markdown report: Page 1 covers profile summary, skill gaps, and company insights; Page 2 has 15-20 tailored interview questions; Page 3 includes 5 GD topics with strategies; Page 4 offers a custom prep plan and resources.

The Markdown is converted to a stylish PDF using APITemplate.io, then emailed personally to each student. Finally, the Google Sheet is updated with 'Generated' status.
