This n8n workflow protects your productivity by automating focus time blocking in Google Calendar. It triggers daily (configurable via Schedule Trigger, recommended before 9AM), fetches all events from Sunday to Saturday of the current week using the Google Calendar node, and computes total booked hours per day. Assuming an 8-hour workday (e.g., 9AM-5PM), if any day surpasses 6 hours of bookings—like meetings or tasks—it automatically creates a new 'Focus Time' event for the remaining duration,
