Auto-Save Zoom Recordings to Google Drive & Log in Airtable

This workflow automates the process of handling Zoom meeting recordings by listening for 'recording.completed' webhook events from Zoom. It captures essential metadata such as Meeting ID, Topic, Host, File Type, and File Size. A Code node then normalizes this data into a clean JSON format for further processing.

Next, it downloads the recording file using an HTTP Request node and uploads it to a specified Google Drive folder via the Google Drive integration, generating a shareable link and file ID. The workflow combines the original Zoom metadata with the new Google Drive details.

Finally, all information is logged into an Airtable 'Meeting Logs' table, including whether the save was successful, the Drive link, and timestamp. This creates a centralized, searchable repository for meetings, ideal for teams needing organized archives without manual intervention.
