Automate Logo Sheet Analysis and Data Entry with AI and Airtable

This workflow is designed to automate the extraction of information from images containing multiple product logos. By leveraging AI capabilities, the workflow identifies product names and attributes, checks for similarities among tools, and updates Airtable with the extracted data. The process begins with a form submission, where users upload an image of a logo sheet. An AI agent processes the image to extract relevant data, which is then parsed and formatted into JSON. The workflow checks if the extracted attributes already exist in Airtable and updates or creates records as necessary. Unique hashes are generated for product names to ensure consistency and uniqueness in Airtable records. This automation is ideal for users who need a reliable and efficient method to manage and update product information in Airtable.
