Automate PDF Signing from OneDrive or SharePoint with PandaDoc
Automatically upload PDF documents from OneDrive or SharePoint to PandaDoc for electronic signing. This workflow supports documents with one or two signature fields.
This workflow monitors a specified OneDrive or SharePoint location for new PDF documents. Upon detection, it downloads the file, parses the filename for recipient information, and uploads it to PandaDoc. The document is then sent for signing, accommodating either one or two signers based on the signature fields present. Ensure that the document filenames follow the specified format to correctly extract signer details.
