The workflow begins by triggering on incoming book request emails, which are then analyzed using the Ollama LLM to extract user intent. It generates a search query for the OpenLibrary API to fetch relevant book data, including titles and summaries. If a suitable book is found, the data is formatted and enhanced before crafting a personalized email recommendation, which is then sent to the user. In cases where no book is found, a notification email is sent instead.
