Backup n8n Workflows to GitLab Repository

This workflow automates the backup and versioning of your n8n workflows into a GitLab repository. It starts by setting custom parameters like repository owner, name, branch, and path. Then, it fetches all workflows from your n8n instance and iterates through each one: checking if a corresponding file exists in GitLab, comparing the workflow objects (ignoring fields like updatedAt and globals to avoid false changes), and determining the status (new, changed, or unchanged). Based on this, it creates new files, commits updates, or skips unchanged ones.
