Build OpenAI Assistant with Google Drive Integration

This workflow creates a custom OpenAI Assistant named 'Travel with us' using the gpt-4o-mini model, tailored for travel agency queries. It downloads agency documents from Google Drive as PDFs, uploads them to OpenAI, and attaches them to the assistant for context-aware responses. The assistant is instructed to respond only using provided docs, stay friendly and brief, and politely ignore irrelevant questions.

Chat functionality is powered by a Chat Trigger node, which activates on incoming messages. The OpenAI Assistant node processes queries using Window Buffer Memory for coherent, context-retaining conversations. This setup ensures the assistant provides accurate, agency-specific travel advice without hallucination.
