Every time a new response is submitted in Survey123, a new row will be instantly created in a Microsoft 365 Excel worksheet. This template was created based on a survey with these questions: 1) Full Name 2) Email 3) Phone number 4) Describe your problem Our target worksheet had these columns: 1) Date time 2) Full name 3) Email 4) Phone number 5) Describe your problem You can use your own survey/spreadsheet with different questions but you will need to update the mappings in the Excel module.
