This n8n workflow automates the daily tracking of background verification (BGV) statuses for HR teams. Triggered every night at 23:00 IST (weekdays only), it pulls data from a 'BGV Tracker' Google Sheet, processes rows for candidates' names, companies, statuses, dates, and executive assignments. Code nodes normalize data, parse dates, flag completions from today, and identify stale pendings (over 3 days without follow-up). Data is then grouped by executive email for personalized summaries.
