Daily News Summarizer: OpenAI & Perplexity to Zalo/Telegram
Automates fetching latest news from RSS feeds, AI-summarizes into Vietnamese digest, and delivers to Zalo & Telegram via schedule or chat triggers.
This n8n workflow fetches news from four RSS sources like RSS.app and Google News, extracts key fields, filters for the last 24 hours, and limits to the top 20 recent articles. It then uses OpenAI Assistant to generate a concise 400-word highlight digest in Vietnamese, optionally refined by Perplexity AI for a financial-economic-political focus, with memory buffer for context.
Benefits include time-saving daily briefings without manual browsing, multilingual output tailored for Vietnamese users, and flexible triggering via schedule or Zalo/Telegram commands. It's ideal for professionals needing quick overviews of global news.
Use cases: Morning executive summaries in group chats, on-demand news requests via messaging apps, or automated content curation for newsletters. Requires OpenAI/Perplexity API keys and RSS URLs; supports personal/group Zalo and Telegram bots for seamless delivery.
