Digitize Thai/English Business Cards with OCR & Save to Sheets/CRM

This n8n workflow leverages Typhoon OCR to extract text from business card images (JPG/PNG) in both Thai and English languages. It then uses Typhoon LLM to parse the raw text into structured JSON fields like name, job title, organization, and email. Enrichment follows: a cost-free version uses LLM for job type, level, and sector; an advanced version integrates SerpAPI for Google Search to add profile/company summaries.

The enriched contact data is seamlessly saved to Google Sheets (easily adaptable to any CRM or database). An optional step drafts personalized greeting emails via Typhoon LLM, which can be sent automatically through Gmail. Two workflow versions are provided: without Search API for zero extra costs, and with it for deeper insights (SerpAPI fees may apply).
