HubSpot Chat AI Assistant with OpenAI & Airtable

This workflow integrates HubSpot's chat or chatflow with OpenAI's Assistant API, using Airtable as a database to track conversation threads between HubSpot message IDs and OpenAI thread IDs. Incoming messages from HubSpot trigger a webhook in n8n, which fetches full message details via HubSpot API. It then checks Airtable for an existing OpenAI thread; if none exists, it creates one and stores the mapping. The workflow queries the OpenAI Assistant for a response based on the conversation history, sends the AI-generated reply back to HubSpot to display in the chat, and updates Airtable accordingly.
