This n8n workflow creates a sophisticated, modular AI chatbot for company websites, particularly suited for travel and accommodation businesses. It starts with a chat trigger via webhook from an embedded website widget. A central Manager Agent, powered by OpenAI GPT, analyzes incoming messages and routes them intelligently to one of three specialized sub-agents: calendarAgent for checking availability and booking meetings/calendars; RAGAgent for retrieving accurate answers from company documentation or FAQs using retrieval-augmented generation; and ticketAgent for escalating complex issues by generating and emailing support tickets.

The modular design prevents context overload on a single AI model, ensuring faster responses, better accuracy, and easier maintenance. It includes lightweight memory for conversation context, making interactions feel natural and continuous. Integrations include OpenAI for LLMs, calendar services for real-time bookings, email for tickets, and a knowledge base for RAG—making it highly scalable.
