Personal Knowledgebase AI Agent for Telegram

This n8n workflow builds a personal AI knowledge assistant integrated with Telegram and Google Sheets. It automatically processes new URLs added to a Google Sheet (Sheet2), detects if they are YouTube videos or articles, extracts content using Apify for transcripts or HTTP requests for webpages, and generates concise summaries with Google Gemini AI. Summaries are stored in another Sheet (Sheet1) with metadata, marking the original entry as processed.

A separate Telegram trigger enables user queries: the bot searches the stored knowledgebase in Google Sheets and returns matching summaries instantly, or apologizes if no match is found. This creates a seamless, always-on personal archive accessible via chat.
