Queue Shopify orders for WhatsApp store review (Part 1 of 2)
Queue fulfilled Shopify orders for delayed WhatsApp store review requests. Part 1 of 2 - requires Part 2 template to send messages.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Triggers when Shopify order is fulfilled
- Checks if customer already received a store review request (via CRM tag)
- If not, queues order in Data Store with scheduled send date
REQUIRES:
- Part 2 template: "Send scheduled WhatsApp store review requests"
- WhatsScale account
- Make.com Data Store (create one named "Store Review Queue")
DATA STORE SETUP:
Create a Data Store with these fields:
- order_id (Text) - Key field
- customer_name (Text)
- customer_phone (Text)
- send_date (Date)
CUSTOMIZE:
- Adjust delay days (default: 3 days after fulfillment)
NOTE: Cancelled orders after fulfillment are not automatically removed from queue.

How to import this workflow into Make
