Automatically Schedule Focus Time in Google Calendar on Busy Days
This workflow analyzes your Google Calendar for the current week and automatically schedules focus time on days with over 6 hours of booked events, ensuring dedicated time for deep work.
The workflow runs daily, checking your Google Calendar for events from Sunday to Saturday. If a day has more than 6 hours of scheduled events, it calculates and blocks the remaining work hours (assuming an 8-hour workday) for focus time. This prevents over-scheduling and ensures you have time for uninterrupted work. The workflow requires Google Calendar credentials to access and modify your calendar events.
