Scheduled Daily Affirmations via Email & Telegram (Cron)
This n8n workflow sends a random uplifting affirmation to your email every morning at 7 AM, with optional Telegram delivery. Zero code required—just add SMTP/Telegram credentials and customize affirmations.
Wake up to inspiration with this elegant n8n workflow that automates daily affirmations. Triggered by a Cron node at 7 AM, it selects a random affirmation from your curated list stored in a Set node, formats it beautifully, and sends it via SMTP email. An optional IF node routes it to Telegram if configured, ensuring seamless multi-channel delivery.
Perfect for busy creators, homemakers, and entrepreneurs seeking a gentle start to the day. It saves time on manual reminders, fosters positive habits, and requires minimal setup (2-3 minutes). Customize the Cron schedule, swap affirmations for quotes or mantras, or add logging to Notion for journaling.
Key benefits include no-code simplicity, reliable scheduling, and flexibility—edit affirmations, email recipients, or Telegram chat ID easily. Ideal use cases: personal productivity routines, team motivation broadcasts, or wellness apps integration. Requirements: SMTP (Gmail/SendGrid) and optional Telegram Bot.
