Scheduled n8n Workflow Backups to Google Drive with Auto Cleanup

This workflow automates the backup of all your n8n workflows to Google Drive on a schedule (default: hourly). It fetches every workflow via the n8n API, creates a unique folder named with the current date and hour, and uploads each workflow as an individual JSON file. This ensures comprehensive, versioned backups without manual intervention.

Key benefits include protection against data loss from server crashes, accidental deletions, or migrations. By automating exports and imports (pair with a restore workflow), it saves hours of manual work, especially for instances with dozens of workflows. The built-in cleanup deletes folders older than a configurable retention period (default 7 days), preventing storage bloat.
