ServiceNow Knowledge Chatbot with OpenAI & Qdrant RAG
Ingests ServiceNow knowledge articles into Qdrant using OpenAI embeddings and builds a RAG chatbot for intelligent, context-aware responses.
This n8n workflow consists of two main sections: data ingestion and RAG chatbot. The pink section handles ingestion by manually triggering to fetch records from ServiceNow's Knowledge Article table, loading and splitting text into chunks with Recursive Character Text Splitter, generating embeddings via OpenAI, and storing them in Qdrant vector store with metadata.
The green section powers the chatbot, triggering on incoming chat messages and using an AI Agent to orchestrate retrieval from Qdran
