Sprint Cycle Announcements via Form, GPT & Slack
Automates team announcements for sprint cycles by triggering on n8n form submissions, using GPT to craft warm messages, and posting to Slack.
This workflow streamlines team communication by automating sprint cycle announcements. It starts with an n8n form where users input details like team name, cycle start date, goals, and notes. Upon submission, an AI agent powered by OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) generates a professionally formatted, warm Slack message incorporating all provided information, including properly linked goals.
The message includes greetings, cycle start announcement, goal listing, and a motivating close, ensuring engaging team updates without manual effort. Benefits include time savings for managers, consistent messaging, and enhanced team morale through personalized tones.
Ideal for agile teams, product managers, or any group using sprints. Use cases: Weekly/bi-weekly cycle kicks-offs, project updates, or milestone announcements. Easy setup requires OpenAI and Slack credentials, team name, and tone preferences.
